Claims and Returns:
Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. A 50% rehandling charge will apply to any unauthorized return. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 5 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent.
Our products are not returnable except for reasons of shipping error or defect in stock or workmanship, and then, only upon authorization from our home office.
Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or our error will be credited less transportation charges and a 25% restocking fee.
Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment. If stock is not available, we usually cancel that item and ask customer to reorder.
Shortages on orders received, must be reported in writing within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
Terms of Sale:
All orders are subject to approval by our main office, and processed orders are not cancelable by the buyer. We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment.
Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control.
Normally, FedEx Economy Ground Orders are processed and
shipped out from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. They will then incur
time in transit, which could be 1 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping
address. Ground delivery time is not guaranteed. The quickest way to receive your order is to choose the FedEx Ground Hot Rush shipping method at checkout. If you choose this method, your order will ship the same business day if placed before 11:00am Central Time. If placed after that time, your order will ship the next business day. Once your order ships, it will then take from 1-5 Business days for transit, depending on the location being shipped to.
All shipments are sent via FedEx. We cannot ship products from PartySecret.com via any other method.
FedEx Ground Rates - We bill a flat rate of $9.95 for FedEx Economy Ground shipping for orders under $100.00. For orders between $100 and $500.00, we bill 12% of the order subtotal for FedEx Ground Shipping. For FedEx Ground Hot Rush Orders, we charge $29.95 for orders under $100. For orders between $100 and $500.00, we bill 12% of the order subtotal + $20.00. We offer free FedEx Ground Shipping to destinations in the continental U.S. for orders over $500.00.
Shipping amounts quoted by our shopping cart for destinations outside the continental U.S., such as Alaska and Hawaii, will not be accurate. We will email you with an accurate shipping quote for your approval before processing and shipping your order.
